We employ Filipino Staff for your Business. Candidate recruitment is based on your job description and desired skill set. You are part of the final stages of recruitment. We do all the leg work in sourcing, assessing, interviewing, and employing the incumbent.

Upon commencement, the new employee undergoes a short SOS induction and then handed over to you.

The new employee is part of YOUR team, they work solely for YOU. They access your systems, learn your way of performing tasks and are trained by you. We want them to feel part of your organisation and your culture. SOS is their on the ground management/ support team.

Offshore staff communicate via VOIP phones to anyone and anywhere across Australia Access to Skype, Zoom and Teams makes training and meetings a breeze.

Staff are provided with computer equipment, VOIP headset, internet and local IT support to ensure a strong link with your Australian operation.
