Hiring Process

Our hiring process is simple, aiming to keep candidates in the loop and assisting in finding a suitable role/position within the team. Turnaround times may vary depending on the candidates and the team leader or client manager’s availability for interview.

Sourcing of Candidates

Assessment of applications received through various sources. Turnaround: 1-3 days.

Iniitial Interview

Initial interview is conducted virtually with Talent Acquisition to discuss the role and assess the candidates suitability. Turnaround: 1-2 days.

Testing / Assessments

Comprehension tests are emailed to the candidates after initial interview and are given 2 days for completion. Turnaround: 2 days.

Final
Interview

Final interview is conducted virtually with the Team Leader/Client Manager to do a final evaluation of the candidate suitability. Turnaround: 1-2 days.

Result

Results from the final interview are discussed with the candidates 1-3 days after the final interview. Turnaround: 1-3 days.
