The Executive Assistant will be responsible for dealing with the day-to-day activities of the Executive Team based in Australia. The Executive Assistant will oversee a wide range of administrative tasks, such as preparing client reports, scheduling appointments and processing new business. A self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic will be the ideal candidate.
Virtual Assistant

We are an Australian-operated BPO located in Kawit, Cavite. Our client is looking for a Virtual Assistant who can handle a variety of administrative tasks, such as answering emails, scheduling meetings, managing social media and maintaining a database.
Creative Media Officer
Kawit, Cavite

We are an Australian-operated BPO in Kawit, Cavite. We are currently in search of a Creative Media Officer who will be in charge of the company's multimedia posting and branding material. Interested applicants must be able to provide a portfolio of illustrations and graphic design. Successful applicants will be requested to submit sample material (resources will be provided).
Accountant (CPA w/ AUS Background)

We are an Australian-operated BPO located in Kawit, Cavite. We are looking for an Accountant to support our Australian client with their accounting operations. Must be knowledgeable or have background working Australian accounting firms or similar. This position is full time, onsite work at Kawit, Cavite.
Hiring Process
Our hiring process is simple, aiming to keep candidates in the loop and assisting in finding a suitable role/position within the team. Turnaround times may vary depending on the candidates and the team leader or client manager’s availability for interview.
Sourcing of Candidates
Assessment of applications received through various sources. Turnaround: 1-3 days.
Initial Interview
Initial interview is conducted virtually with Talent Acquisition to discuss the role and assess the candidates suitability. Turnaround: 1-2 days.
Testing/Assessments
Comprehension tests are emailed to the candidates after initial interview and are given 2 days for completion. Turnaround: 2 days.
Final Interview
Final interview is conducted virtually with the Team Leader/Client Manager to do a final evaluation of the candidate suitability. Turnaround: 1-2 days.
Result
Results from the final interview are discussed with the candidates 1-3 days after the final interview. Turnaround: 1-3 days.
